Katie Walker
Founder

Experience

Katie is the Founder of Bergeseen Group and leads the clinical practice as a Maryland licensed, nationally certified counselor. She has supported clients young and old through anxiety, addiction, depression, chronic pain, and trauma using evidence-based tools, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Brainspotting.

Prior to founding Bergeseen, Katie spent over two decades supporting and advising teenage girls and women in various community leadership positions, both domestically and abroad. Originally from Idaho, Katie has traveled with her children to over 35 countries, lived in all four regions of the United States, experienced expat life in Spain, and now resides in Austria.

EDUCATION

Katie earned a BS in Family Studies at Brigham Young University and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johns Hopkins University.

Hailey Murray Child Psychologist

Hailey Murray
PsyD, NCSP

Experience

Hailey is a Pennsylvania licensed pediatric psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist with extensive training in child and adolescent development. She completed a trauma-focused pre-doctoral internship at a residential school followed by a pediatric psychology fellowship with a focus in Hematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplant. With extensive training in child and adolescent development, she takes an integrative developmental approach with her patients and families.

As the Child & Adolescent Practice Lead, Hailey provides individual counseling to children and adolescents, parent coaching, and educational consultation.

Originally from Washington D.C., Hailey graduated from National Cathedral School and played volleyball at the University of Maryland where she earned Conference All-Academic honors. After graduation from university, she moved to Europe where she played professional volleyball for several years in Spain and Austria.

EDUCATION

Hailey earned a BS in Environmental Science and Policy with a minor in Sustainability Studies from the University of Maryland. She holds an M.S.Ed in Child Psychology and a PsyD in School Psychology from Duquesne University.

Jodi Pawluski
PhD, PMH-C

Experience

Jodi is a neuroscientist, therapist, author, and internationally recognized expert in the field of perinatal brain science. Her work is centered on understanding how the brain changes during the transition to motherhood, how maternal mental health conditions affect a mother and her children, and how treatments like antidepressants and probiotics play a role in this journey.

Jodi is certified in Perinatal Mental Health and trained as a Motherhood Studies Practitioner. As the Perinatal Mental Health Practice Lead, she combines both evidence-based knowledge and lived experience to support families and clinicians. Jodi provides counseling, mentoring, and consultation services focused on perinatal mental health.

Originally from Canada, Jodi is the mother of two children, and she resides in France.

EDUCATION

Jodi earned a B.Sc. in Psychology from University of British Columbia, an M.A. in Psychology from University of Toronto, a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from University of British Columbia, and a Habilitation Degree in Life Sciences from the University of Rennes.
