Mom Brain REWIRED
The Science of Matrescence & Tools for Support
An Expert-Led, Neuroscience-Informed
Workshop for Moms
Motherhood is a Developmental Transition
Motherhood is not simply a lifestyle shift — it is a developmental stage marked by measurable changes in the brain and body: matrescence.
Your physical state changes.
Your status within your family and community changes.
Your emotional landscape changes.
Your sense of self evolves.
Your relationships reorganize.
For many women, this convergence can feel confusing, destabilizing, or disorienting.
This workshop reframes the experience: your brain is adapting in response to a profound stage of growth.
By the end of 6 weeks, moms will:
Understand how and why your brain changes in motherhood
Learn tools to support your nervous system regulation
Understand the mental load and what to do about it
Feel more confident and compassionate toward yourself
Learn how to support better brain function
Build a community of support
Participants will have the opportunity to join an ongoing monthly Mom Brain meet-up club.
