Mom Brain REWIRED

The Science of Matrescence & Tools for Support

An expert-led neuroscience-informed 6-week workshop for moms

Professional counseling internationally, helping individuals adjust to new environments.

Motherhood is a Developmental Transition

Motherhood is not simply a lifestyle shift — it is a developmental stage marked by measurable changes in the brain and body: matrescence.

Your physical state changes.
Your status within your family and community changes.
Your emotional landscape changes.
Your sense of self evolves.
Your relationships reorganize.

For many women, this convergence can feel confusing, destabilizing, or disorienting.

This workshop reframes the experience: your brain is adapting in response to a profound stage of growth — not failing.

Convenient online therapy for expats, providing mental health support from anywhere.
